- 6 oz โ fettuccine pasta, dry
- 1 whole โ ½ cup reserved pasta water
- 2 Tbsp โ olive oil
- 2 cloves โ garlic, minced
- 2 cups โ fresh spinach
- 1 whole โ (12-14 oz) block of silken tofu
- 3 Tbsp โ nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp โ onion powder
- 1 whole โ ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 whole โ Salt and black pepper, to taste
