Add the almond milk to a blender first.
Ingredients (for 1 servings)
1 whole โ • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 whole โ • ½ a frozen banana
1 whole โ • ½ cup of frozen blueberries
1 whole โ • ½ cup of unsweetened, high-protein Greek-style yogurt
1 whole โ • 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed
1 whole โ • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 whole โ • 1 tablespoon of almond butter
1 whole โ • ½ cup of fresh spinach
