Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
1 whole โ For the crust
1 whole โ • 1 cup almond flour
1 whole โ • ½ cup ground flaxseed
1 whole โ • 1 egg
1 whole โ • 1 tbsp olive oil
1 whole โ • ¼ tsp baking soda
1 whole โ • Pinch of salt
1 whole โ Toppings
1 whole โ • ½ cup tomato sauce (no sugar added)
1 whole โ • ½ cup sautéed mushrooms
1 whole โ • ¼ cup chopped artichokes
1 whole โ • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella or dairy-free cheese
1 whole โ Arugula salad
1 whole โ • 2 cups arugula
1 whole โ • 1 tbsp olive oil
1 whole โ • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 whole โ • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 whole โ Instructions
1 whole โ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
1 whole โ Mix crust ingredients and press into a thin round on parchment paper.
1 whole โ Bake crust for 10 minutes. Add toppings and bake another 10–12 minutes.
1 whole โ Toss arugula salad ingredients and serve on top or on the side.
