Grain-Free Blueberry Crisp
A naturally sweet summer blueberry crisp with a grain-free almond-coconut topping

01Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Rinse blueberries and place in a 2-quart baking dish; sprinkle with cinnamon. 3. Mix almond flour, sea salt, and baking soda, then stir in coconut and walnuts. 4. Melt coconut oil over low heat and add honey to just melt it in. 5. Stir the melted mixture into the flour mixture, then crumble over the berries. 6. Bake about 30 minutes until golden brown, then cut into squares.
