Pick the outcome you care about and aim will shape meals around foods, portions, and rhythm that support it.
“I picked low energy and better sleep, added the topics that matter for our family, and the plan came back with foods I could look up — why salmon, why leafy greens — not a random Pinterest dump.”
Everything you need to plan, shop, and cook.
I have a nut allergy, my husband is trying to sleep better, and my 8-year-old will only eat what she already likes. Every other meal app makes me the only person in the house. AIM lets me add all of us, merges allergies and preferences, and still puts one dinner on the table. Lunchboxes for school and leftovers for the next night are on the same plan. I am not running three meal systems anymore.
Generate the plan and the shopping list is already there, grouped by aisle, with a cost estimate for my area. I check off what we have in the pantry, send the rest to Instacart (or Kroger when I shop in person), and I’m done. Quantities are sized for the people actually eating that week, not a mystery “serves 4.” I used to spend Sunday night with a notepad. I don’t anymore.
I can ask the assistant for a swap in plain English and it already knows our household — dairy-free, no shellfish, no weird oils. It does not invent a recipe with ingredients I blocked. If I rate Tuesday’s dinner, next week’s plan actually gets closer. That is the difference between “an AI that cooks” and “an AI that read my profile.”
