    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish or oven-safe ramekin. Add rolled oats, banana, Greek yogurt, egg, milk, cocoa powder, hazelnut butter, baking powder, and cinnamon to a blender. Blend until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips if using. Pour into the prepared dish and top with chopped hazelnuts. Bake for 20 minutes or until set in the center. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
