I know what it feels like to wish you had the right tools at your fingertips.

My children were chronically ill, and when I was trying to figure out what to feed them, I had to piece together information wherever I could. Decades ago, that meant trips to the library, copying recipes, and trying to make sense of what was healthy and what wasn't.

My search for a better way began when my first son was constantly sick. He struggled with a long list of health issues, including severe eczema, psoriasis, asthma, allergies, inflammation, bowed legs, respiratory issues, an autism diagnosis, and other chronic problems. I spent countless hours searching for answers, trying to understand what could help him. We moved between emergency rooms, hospitals, and specialists, but his health continued to decline.

Then my next child had health challenges of their own, and we faced more difficult diagnoses and even more uncertainty.

Through all of it, food became one of the few things I could control. I could see that what my children ate would make a significant difference. I wanted the answers, but figuring out what healthy and healing foods to feed them and what I could actually get on the table was overwhelming.

Deciphering what each child could safely eat to improve their health meant endless research, planning, and second-guessing myself. I just wanted some peace of mind that I was feeding my kids the right things.

Like you, I wasn't lacking motivation. I was lacking time, bandwidth, and a practical way to turn an enormous amount of health information into dinner.

I kept thinking, “There has to be a better way.”

Today, my children are thriving, and I work with thousands of people around the world, helping them change the way they eat to better support their health and well-being. And I’ve seen the same challenge again and again: How do I make healthy and healing meals when everyone in my family has different needs?

The challenges I see go something like this: One child can't have dairy. Another needs to avoid gluten. Dad is taking a medication that affects what he should eat. Grandma lives with you and has her own health concerns. Someone is vegetarian. Someone is taking a GLP-1 medication. And everyone has an opinion about what tastes good.

So what does the family eat?

That's why we created AIM—our A.I. Menu.

AIM brings all those needs together to help you create meals that work for your family—not five different meals for five different people. Tell AIM what your family needs, what you like, what's in your refrigerator, or even what you're taking for health reasons, and it can help you find meals, recipes, and ideas that fit.

Let it answer that nagging question you deal with every day, “Given everything going on in my family, what can I make tonight?”

And you can simply talk to AIM. Tell it what you have, what you're trying to accomplish, and how much time you have. AIM does the thinking for you—helping you discover simple meals, build shopping lists, and learn which healing foods can nourish your body and address health at the root.

Because when you're a parent, you don't always need more information. You need help turning information into something you can actually do at 5:30 on a Tuesday night.

Families are navigating so much, and I believe our pulse is on our plate.

Today, nearly 1 in 3 children in the U.S. lives with a chronic health condition—and that number is rising, according to a 2025 JAMA study.

I think that’s unacceptable.

If we can make healthy eating simpler for families, we can make vitality and better health possible for more people.

AIM isn't just about planning meals. It's about making the healthy choice easier—for everyone at the table.

Welcome to AIM.

Because feeding the people you love shouldn’t be so hard.
