01In a skillet over medium heat, cook the mushrooms and onion for 5 minutes or until softened. 2. Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional minute. 3. Add the tofu, turmeric, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3 – 4 minutes. 4. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. 5. Stir in the nutritional yeast and tahini. 6. Top with chives and serve.
