01Preheat oven to 350F and line a muffin tin with 8 liners. 2. Combine all ingredients except the strawberries and stir well until a moist batter forms, then fold in the strawberries. 3. Scoop batter into liners using a 1/4 cup. 4. Bake 20 minutes until lightly golden and firm in the center. 5. Cool in the pan 30 minutes before serving.
